Scourged Map Bug - Laboratory

On the Laboratory Map (map was scourged) while in Nightmare mode, I turned the main crank after having turned those in each corner. The boss portal did not show up. Teleporting back and forth from the hideout did not help. Neither did exiting the Nightmare mode.

I can confirm. I had the same thing happen to me. Tried going in and out of nightmare, in and out of map, the arena portal did not open and the mobs that normally spawn in the middle of the map did not spawn.
