Help and Information - Cannot log in - email for unlock code has not been received in 20 minutes - Forum

I was playing on my laptop earlier. Whenever I play on it, I have to do the whole unlock for different location for some reason. However GGG doesn't offer account support via the forum, so you will need to e-mail GGG support directly for this so they can check logs.
