Another "Unexpected" Disconnection

Pls help me out this started over the last few days, never had this issue before.

Checked with my isp they have no work goin on nor any reported disturbences,
I have not altered my connection or any hardware nor software.
Runnin hardwire connection. 100/100mbit fibre connection.

Im getting this "unexpected" disconnection so often now I am loosing maps due to running out of portals. eg more than 5 times a map.
Last week, it happend maby like once on every set of 10-20 maps.

Tried all the .eu gateways even the .ru one, same issue

The game is atm unplayable as I get these connection issues far to often to do anything meaning ful, I do even get them when idling in HO, not as often tho.

Is that 1%(or are they added up to 3%?) loss enough to cause this kind of issue?

I am at my wits end here.

Flushed router and fiber box, this is still happening though not as often.
But still several times a day. Even while just idling in HO.

Same thing. Playing on console, though. Even standing still on HO. If I enter a map, I freeze in place, then get the unexpected disconnection. Started 3 or 4 hours ago.
