Fortify over Shockwave on Tectonic Slam?

So late in my character I played around in POB and it comes out to be a decent chunk better damage using Fortify over Shockwave and better ignites as well. About 60k dps without anything active.

But playing it seems to be less exploding and visceral but it seems better in t13 area to have some defense up other than flasks. So anyone ever make the switch? Is Pob accurate on the Shockwave on the main attack? My tooltip says around 42k if flame advance is on in Sandstance for shockwave only. thanks
