Kicked out of Catarina, Master of Undeath Fight Part 2

OK for a "SECOND" time now the game has kicked me out of the Catarina fight, this time it was just the PS4 blue screen that prompts you to report a problem. Usually you report the problem go back into the game, go to the waypoint back to the base and the portals for a location will remain there, minus the one you have used. AGAIN all of the portals leading to Catarina are gone, and the Safehouse progress has reset back to zero!!

.....look I am not asking for free items or whatever, I have sent the video showing proof of the crash and I need the veiled mod from her to finish my ED/Contagion build. I just want my character either rolled back up to the point of the master safehouse being unlocked, or just flat out unlock just the
master safehouse so I can enter and "complete" the fight!!! I sent a report about this a few days ago hence the title saying "part 2", and the only response I received was my post being moved to Console Bug Reports and an explanation of why this was done.
