Mastermind crash

When she does her "Mortal" attack in the first phase, the game crashes.
Both Vulkan and DirectX Nothing in log files 100% reproduceable if the animation played on my screen. If I ran away so It's not on the screen, game doesn't crash. Did either of you lose access to the portals after you return to your base from the crash?
